Native Santa Cruz

A pair of egrets enjoying the sunset, and easy feeding at low tide, at Natural Bridges State Beach. I believe that these are Great Egrets, although I know that a few different species of egrets and herons have been spending time in Santa Cruz, and the different sub species can look very similar.
